a.       EDCCA lease - to be aware of outstanding works and consider landlords handover requirements for relinquishment of the current lease

b.       To consider the legal and management requirements of any future lease on The Coach House and possible need for a Deed of Variation

c.       Buildings Insurance - to note the costs and consider any re-charge

a.       To receive report from drainage contractor and decide the best way forward, giving due consideration to BTCV

FOOTPATH FROM SPRINGHILL COURT TO MARKET PLACE

To consider writing to NYCC Highways regarding the planned route for the footpath; to explain the rationale behind the criss-crossing of busy roads for the elderly in particular

To seek approval for purchase

YELLOW LINES AT WILKINSON COURT

To decide if council wish to support St. Mary’s Mews Management Company’s request for double yellow lines; this road was adopted by NYCC on 14/9/07.

LITTER BIN REVIEW WITH HDC

To receive status and time line from Clerk and consider if any further bins need to be purchased at the expense of the council
