Poppy Wreath at a cost of £18.75 which the Town Mayor will lay at the
Easingwold War Memorial on Remembrance Sunday, 8th November 2009
12.2 To consider granting permission for the erection of a gazebo on
the Market Green (outside Towler’s) to sell poppies from on 30th
& 31st October and 6th & 7th
November
12.3 Remembrance Day Parade; to consider contributing to the cost of
the band to lead the parade (up to £150)

STAFFING 24.1 Easingwold Town Council endorses the emergency action taken by
the Clerk to write and accept the resignation from the Assistant Clerk. 24.2 Easingwold Town Council endorses the Staffing Committee
recommendation that the Terms & Conditions of any new employee be
reviewed, particularly to amend sick leave and overtime. |
