12.1 To note the expiry on 9/4/10 of Cllr Readman’s term of office as the Town Council representative Trustee

13.1 To note the APA will be held in the Lounge, Galtres Centre on Tuesday 20th April 2010 at 7pm

DRAFT LICENSE FOR TRADERS ON THE MARKET PLACE

To receive the draft license for traders in the Market Place, to consider the locations of the furniture and mark on the map and decide the way forward

To note and approve any emergency repairs and/or minor items actioned by the Clerk since the meeting summons

20.2 To note decisions on planning applications considered by Hambleton District Council and total of applications for new dwellings approved.

To consider exclusion of members of the press and public under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 for items 22-24, due to the confidential nature of the business

STAFFING
22.1 To consider and agree the new Contract of Employment for any newly appointed employee of the council. This will be provided by the Staffing Committee

22.2 To note the Clerk has submitted her CiLCA portfolio for accreditation. The results will be known by end April 2010 at the latest

BURIAL GROUND

23.1 To note that Mrs Janet King, Grays Solicitors has been appointed to act for the Town Council

23.2 To receive an update from the Clerk

FUTURE PREMISES FOR EASINGWOLD TOWN COUNCIL
