BURIAL GROUND

To consider and decide the next steps (after purchase completed) regarding the management and maintenance arrangements for the area. To receive a recommendation from F&GP Committee (5/10/10) that The land be donated to the Parochial Church Council (PCC) for consecration and used as an extension to the church yard and should be maintained by the PCC.’

DECEMBER COUNCIL MEETINGS

To receive the recommendation from F&GP Committee (5.10.10) that the December meetings be held one week early; full council to be held on Tuesday 14th December 2010, Open Spaces and Planning Committee on Monday 13th December 2010

To receive replies (if received) to letters sent to the Galtres Centre Management Committee and HDC regarding partnership working and decide the way forward

To consider appropriate action regarding the unsafe carriageway which is heavily congested with parked cars; this road is also on a bus route.

21.4 Financial Regulations Section 5.1, Bank Mandate - receive and approve the recommendation from F&GP Committee (5.10.10) to add the details of S Horsman (new Assistant Clerk)  and remove the previous Assistant Clerk from the mandate

21.5 To note the VAT return has been submitted to HMRC for the period 1/4/10 - 30/9/10, totalling £2,485
