181.1 It was AGREED that the new S106 agreements
schedule should span a 25 year period until 2024, as the first sums were
recorded in 1999.

equal to 1/25 of the S106 fund should be transferred to General Contingencies
181.3 It was AGREED that S106 Reserves from expired
commitments should be transferred to General Contingencies, totalling
£25,204.74 (this includes a 1/25 portion of new S106 monies for the Millfields
Car Park extension which totalled £2,500)

working with the York Orienteering Club, to learn the basics of map reading
and using a compass was APPROVED with conditions

Taylor advised that he had attended The Royal British Legion North Yorkshire
Annual County Conference on behalf of the Chairman on 8/12/07. It had been an
enjoyable event with a fascinating presentation by servicemen who had
recently returned from active service in Afghanistan
