All meetings are usually held in the Council Chamber, Galtres Centre, Market Place, Easingwold.
Members of the Public have the right to attend all Town Council meetings.

The Annual Council Meeting, the meeting at which the Council organises itself for the coming year, will be held on Tuesday 19th May 2026. The Annual Parish Assembly, a meeting of the electorate and not of the Council, will be held on Tuesday 19th May 2026 in the Lounge at 6.00pm. Other committees meet quarterly in rotation after the Planning Committee or as needed. Summons and agendas will give details of these and of any additional planning committees or full town council meetings. The planned Committee rotation for 2026 is as follows:
